Our 8:30 AM early worship service is offered in-person in the Chapel and livestreamed on YouTube.
As of July 1, the Session of Second Presbyterian church has lifted the mask mandate for church members, clergy, and musicians during worship services and gatherings, but the Session strongly encourages masking out of consideration for vulnerable adults, children, and the unvaccinated.
Singers are allowed to follow the lifting of the mask mandate, as appropriate, and under the guidance of Minister of Music Alex Ashman. The motion was voted approved unanimously by those voting.
You may watch the service on YouTube live beginning at 8:30 AM (the video will not appear before it is live) or the recorded version at a later time. If you log on while the service is in progress, you can scroll back to watch from the beginning of the service.
To find Second’s YouTube channel, search for Second Presbyterian Church Baltimore in the YouTube search bar.
Please note that if you choose to watch the service online at a later time, there is a lapse between when the livestream ends and YouTube posts the recorded version. The church does not have control over how quickly the recording is posted. Sometimes it takes a matter of 15-20 minutes, other times it is longer. It seems that using the Chrome browser may work better.
