Manna House is feeding over 800 individuals each week. Help by preparing a breakfast casserole for Manna House.
Deliver your frozen casserole in a covered 13×9 disposable pan to the church office door between 12 pm-2 pm on Friday, May 8.
We are collecting 50 pans of breakfast casseroles. You are welcome to use the recipe below or make your favorite hearty breakfast casserole.

We ask that whatever casserole you make:
YOU and EVERYONE in your HOUSEHOLD be/feel HEALTHY
- You bring it in a disposable 13×9 pan
- It is covered with aluminum foil
- It arrives fully frozen
- The type of casserole is labeled on it.
- You bring it to Second Presbyterian Church. (4201 Charlcote Rd. Baltimore, MD 21218) on Friday, May 8th between 12 pm-2 pm
CHEESY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
9×13 greased disposable pan
Heat oven to 375*
1lb. Italian sausage: brown & break into crumbles. Set aside. Drain most grease. Retain 1T in pan.
Medium onion—small dice
3 minced garlic cloves
1 Red pepper diced: Sauté three ingredients in pan.
6 eggs
1/3 C milk
1/2 t pepper: Whisk together
20 oz thawed Frozen Hash Browns
2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
Combine sausage, veggies, three-quarters of the cheese, and hash browns.
Add eggs and put in 9 x 13
Sprinkle remaining Cheddar
Cover with foil. Cook 30 minutes
Remove foil. Cook 15 more minutes.
Let cool. Cover with foil and freeze solid.
