Our church facilities are available for use by outside groups for meetings, special events or concerts. Except in rare cases, you will need an active member of our congregation to sponsor you. Sponsors are required to be present at the event and make sure that the church’s facilities are used responsibly and locked up at the end. The Board of Trustees evaluates all requests on their own merits when they meet on the second Tuesday of the month. Fill out the room request form below to begin the process. Our office administrator will contact you to let you know if the date requested is available and if the event is approved by the Trustees.
