Call for Nominations

This is the year when you promised yourself to get involved by using your talents and ideas to help enrich the life, values, and commitments of this church. Don’t wait! Now is the time! 55 Church Officers (22 Elders, 12 Trustees, 21 Deacons) are already working together with our two ministers and incredible staff to help maintain the present and to plan for the future of Second Presbyterian Church and its congregation. However, revolving terms of officers create annual vacancies, and new members are needed to fill these important spaces. Are you that person? Can you recommend a church member who would be a committed candidate?

Your Nominating Committee will be having its first meeting on September 19, 2010. Please think about this call for the nominations of new officers.
